London-based freelance journalist Claire, cut her teeth as the deputy features editor of weekly UK pub-trade bible The Publican before going solo in 2011.

She has since written extensively on food, drink and travel for national, trade and online publications including The Independent, The Guardian, Zest, The Good Food Channel, Channel 4 Food, TNT, Inapub, The On-Trade Preview, Imbibe and TTG.

Claire is UK editor of the Radius website and one of our features writers for Quench.
